The popcorn hulls are SO hard to get out of your braces. They can get stuck between your teeth and gums, which can cause irritation. We don't recommend it. Use caution when you eat it, for sure!!

For pretzels you can just soften it by sucking it same for jolly ranchers just suck it until it evaporates

Hey y'all! as someone with braces i promise its fine to eat this stuff as long as you break it up and eat with the back of your teeth (The side the brackets aren't on) honestly eat whatever you want just be careful, orthodontists just say this to limit it

If you decide to eat pens please dont bc it will bleed your teeth ive tried it but you have to avoid eating pens bc your teeth will be bledding to heal it it just you have to put rubbing oil and tadaaa but you have to avoid hard food but if you wanna eat hard food you have to eat in the back of your teeth Hipe it helps and stay healthy❤

We have seen that once the candy gets soft and sticky it suctions to the brackets. Also, love the same sugar cookies -- That 100% braces-friendly!

As long as you're careful the pearls should be okay. Just watch that they won't get stuck in your braces -- all that sugar can cause decay! But using a straw and brushing after will take care of that!
