Very true, people of my generation have very little patience for others opinions. They also aren’t as well spoken and articulate. It’s a shame, social media has ruined the way we communicate.

I think it really depends; my brother and I do not share all positions, and we are almost a decade apart, yet these types of conversations are normal in the home (though we come from a family that values civil debate)
