That’s the way I do mine only I do a little baggies and then I take all the little baggies and put it in one big Ziploc bag gallon size and that does not stink up your freezer

I date my onions, as I chop them whenever they are on sale, or a gallon bag at a time from the garden.. I do sliced along with julienned peppers for fajitas.

No it doesn't at all. I use a freezer bag so I'm sure that helps

Yes, it stinks up the freezer and the fridge unless you double or triple bag it.

They sell frozen diced onions, so if your going to freeze them anyway🤷‍♀ .....-and yes I don't mind the extra $ because I'm kinda lazy .
