Asians seem to like white guys, mostly. Muslims only date each other. White people seem to date anyone, and yet most people complain about them, but they are still worshipped by minorities and the like. Latinos will date anyone, it seems. Black people tend to get the least attention.

I’m more attracted to women from other countries and international perspectives vs dating American born and raised women. I was married to a Persian woman for 23 years, and divorced 6 years ago and just now entering the dating scene. I’ve met many women here in the USA who are single and wealthy, but I don’t like their personalities, and the women who are struggling financially have too much to deal with from their past relationships, to even consider getting to know better. I’m happy single and I have low expectations as I plan to slow solo travel to South East Asia countries, and Vietnam looks to be the ideal country for me to spend much of my time getting to know the culture, language and people. If I meet someone special, we shall see what happens if it’s meant to be for us both, and uniting as one inside hearts and minds. ❤🙏😊

One of my good friends lived in the da nang for 3 months and he said dating is crazy compared to what it is in the US he saod women in Vietnam are gorgeous and they're polite and they don't doll themselves up and have all the drama that American women have they are very respectful towards men he said if you want to find an old fashioned beautiful woman go to Vietnam get out of the US

I used to live in Cambodia. So many of my roommates had babies with women in Vietnam. They had to make their visa runs to Cambodia. They loved Vietnam so much and said that they were so happy. I hope I find that happyness too when I visit Vietnam for the first time!

First time seeing your channel. So my GF is girlfriend is Vietnamese. We spoke online for 11 months and I travelled to Vietnam back in June and we spent a wonderful month together, we travelled to so many amazing places . Can’t wait to go back in January/ February for another, and working to get her to be able to come visit me in America. Long term plans I’m looking to hopefully relocate to Vietnam in a few years. And yes. Marriage is being discussed For the record. We met in vietnamcupid. And I’m a bit older she’s 13 years younger than me. Ohh and great video. I just subscribed!

Good luck getting a visa for her to visit the US. Practically impossible unless you do a K-1 visa (90-day fiancée visa), which will take you about 18 months at least. Unless you marry her during that visit, you have to start the whole process over again if you want her to visit the US a second time.

@@Nordic_Sky It might be easier for her to fly into Mexico. Then she should be able to just cross the southern border. I heard that it is the easiest way to get into the U.S.A.

you did well highlighting the contrast in experience between the genders. Ive been consistently told that tinder sucks here as its mostly seen as a hookup space instead of dating app. People had more success actually meeting irl or in a hobby community and any dating app far as i was told. My gf and i met through a friend and she moved to vietnam to be with me

I lived in *Danang* for an entire year and I can tell you that most Vietnamese girls aren't at all interested in foreigners and sadly, would much rather spend an entire day scrolling through social media 😒 **Yesss, other good looking chaps have noticed it as well so it's not just me, Lol!!

Vietnamese men are still quite traditional culturally speaking .... therefore, it is somewhat difficult for foreign women living in Viet Nam to connect .... there is a better chance to connect with foreign men living in Viet Nam ..... and it seems to be the same across Asia because of the similarity in culture .... it may be better to find a partner in your country of origin who have the same interest in working/living abroad? Anyway, good luck to all the foreign women in Viet Nam .... may you find love and happiness soon.

@@pete79602 I've lived here nearly 2 years and started to learn. I do ok for the amount I've studied but... no it's not easy to pick up at all. As soon as you start speaking a bit, and relatively well at that, locals are gonna be enthusiastic and start to reply like you were born here. They speak incredibly fast and, as a tonal language, even words you've already studied (or think you have) don't always register. But I DO appreciate the logic, I felt the same, as a courtesy, learn about the language and culture, but if you wanna improve your listening skills in the street... you're either a genius or an AI. But if you're willing to dedicate the time and money, yeah it's going to make the experience much more fun, and you'll have a blast with your friends when they teach you expressions and whatnot people are VERY grateful when you learn it. I would recommend it overall, but I get why many give up or don't even start.

Easier to find a Vietnamese girl in Hanoi for a foreigner as there are fewer foreigners here. However they are very conservative and not interested in ONS, FWB , only a serious relationship. Most Vietnamese girls in the South too but it is easier to find less conservative girls in South Vietnam ​@@stevefrench7036

Having been to Vietnam many times over the last 10yrs as a westerner I feel for the Russian woman a little because I for one if I'm looking for a date would certainly not want to date a western woman while in Vietnam, I realise she is Russian but without talking to her she could be from anywhere. My best experiences were found on wechat and Vietnam cupid, I chat to a few online and am sorted before I even go through immigration 😉Have had some great stays at Rivergate Apartments in D4 through air BNB, the hotels have receptionists and they can be nosey but Rivergate you self check in and very close to D1.👍

I think from what I heard is that it's easier to find women to date in Saigon vs. other cities in VN. Da Nang, Hanoi and smaller towns look for someone their parents would approve of. Many parents don't want their daughters to marry foreigners. Saigon is different, more independent women, from what I have heard and I've been in VN since 2018.

I'd like to date Skye! 😜🤣🥰 I live in the USA - San Francisco, CA. Here it is all about how much $$$ you make. Previously, I lived in Asia where I was an English and Math teacher. I lived in Japan, Taiwan, and Thailand. I found Japan and Taiwan more like the West and Thailand was much easier. I also visited Vietnam - Saigon and Nhatrang and I can see myself dating someone there. The VN women are of course beautiful and nice, and don't seem as material as women in the West, more sincere.

Has anyone noticed dating as a westerner in Vietnam being different from Thailand? Thai women seem much more interested and approachable than Vietnamese women, at least to me. Thai women make eye contact more and just seem more open. In Vietnam many of the women just didn't seem interested at all. Has anyone else experienced this?

This is a complete load of rubbish - I have only been to Vietnam once and from my observations English is spoken in tourist areas of Da Naag but not in Hanoi. You need to be able to speak Vietnamese to be able to interact with local people and from my understanding Vietnamese is a tonal language with 8 different tones !
