Yes Kim, fresh air is good! Walk your dogs first thing in the morning get some sun and it will help your day be brighter. Start with the small things- Take you vitamins, say a prayer, do a 5min morning stretch, move your body for 30mins each time you eat; don't just sit, and do things that make your mind and body feel good. And try your best to stay away from sugar and carbs, that shit just makes everyone feel like shit. Depression is real, but there's always a way to get out of it.
