As an immigrant to Hong Kong, I am so impressed that you sum up so well about Hong Kong from a cultural side. The hk gov should focused on more of these types of neat and deep. rooted cultural content about people here that really touches tourists around the world.

I was 6 when I visited Hong Kong...in 1968. I can still remember the taste of the wontons noodles soup near our hotel. In fact, I ate that soup for the whole week for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Best childhood memories in Hong Kong...

I like your concept of buying luxury bags. It is not so common online these days. Thank you for reminding us that the best luxury is the one we use! For example, the bags you buy on *regbags* are so good and so cheap, it is hard to tell if they are real or fake, the point is they are still very cheap and of great quality.

Your enthusiasm Mark as always… I was born in a country surrounded by the pristine waters of NZ also plentiful variety. But seeing chefs drown seafoods in oil simply over complicated the natural flavours of seafood makes me appreciate the simple preparation of seafood at home in a Vietnamese cuisine.. I’ve eaten in Hong Kong and many other Asian countries and oily foods doesn’t do anything for me! But this is my opinion and my taste .. but you make it entertaining bro 😎

I was in Hong Kong many years ago. I could never get enough of the most delicious Chinese food!! I speaks Cantonese and grew up Chinese, living in Canada. We have a large Chinatown in Toronto. Dim Sum is my all-time favourite.

Back when your channel was more about cooking food in your back yard, I believe in Thailand. I love how you've grow your channel. I frequently tune in when I see a new episode recommended. Would love a low key mark's food travels recommendations guide. Nothing super fancy, but I'd love a quick reference guide. I can tell you do your research before you travel. I watch a lot of cooking channels these days and so I can tell when people know what they're doing in the kitchen. So I'm always trying to get your food travel list when we travel.

I MISS HK and roast goose! Everywhere else its always roast duck. Love HK but seems people are more reserved now. Oh and just to show off I have had the abalone dish there. I LOOOOVED how you accurately explained how the pastry melts in your mouth. It REALLY does. And then the salty, fleshyness of the abalone kicks in. I am salivating. But you haven't lived until you have had roast goose in HK.
