@ Go sis! I had mine made exactly like Que described on her first bowl. It was the Italian sub bowl with no bread. I got American instead of provolone cheese and I added bacon! I didn’t get banana peppers or pickles but did get tomatoes, onions and the red chili peppers on the side to add myself. I don’t want them in energy bite!😂😂. I got mayo on it with salt and vinegar chips and chile it was bangin’!!!! I had boiled some eggs at home already and ate those on the side too! Gurl it was a feast! 🤣🤣

That salad looks so good and yes Que its nothing wrong with talking to a therapist about your life journey . It's funny when I first told my family I was doing therapy, they were upset with me. Now they understand why I needed the therapy, and my brother even asked how he could get a therapist. I didn't want to burden my family and friends with everything and just needed someone outside to speak to and give a different approach how to handle things.
