These two men weren't just rappers, they were geniuses in a sense. Their biography tells us they really were thugs that grew up in an unfortunate environment. They expressed their pain, resentments, anger, frustrations, and in some cases hope. They made the general public aware of what's really going on and that some children don't have an upbringing filled with love and care. Tupac said it in his music about his life being hopeless but then writes a song called change. That's powerful. Notice that when these artist were in their prime, crime was at an all time high in major cities related to gangs. They really had influence on people especially the youth. Even youths that came from middle or high class families. Even when I listen to their music now, I feel my anger come out. It takes a genius good or bad to influence someone. Influenced thousands!
