I used it hot, but you can let it cool it slightly if you wish, but not too much, otherwise it will harden when cooled completely 🥰

There is no alternative to Biscoff spread unfortunately as it's got its own unique taste, but the closest match i could think of is caramel or dulce de leche, but it will taste different and you'll need to add less as it's much sweeter and runnier than Biscoff Spread 🥰
