I think your take on the bon clays are wrong because it is a staple card like queen or any other in purple and it will stay and the more folks who play the more who will need it! How many Eb-01 prints will be done!? The amount listed seems to tell me that eventually that card will be hard to get and to play you will need it soooo either a new print or 📈

Yes, there are half as many cards so any given card will be pulled twice as often but there are no blisters and no double packs which means there is half as much product as there should be so the prices are going to be the same.

Also worth noting for the Bon Clay. In a box you get two character AAs (including Bon Clay), and one normal SEC Bon Clay OR an AA Leader. So it makes both regular Bon and the Leaders more common. Bon Clay is just such a good card.

Not surprising considering this set is just to help a lot of decks and wasn’t necessary for anyone to buy. Most of us just need a playset of a few cards to make their decks full power vs main sets where you need to have playsets of a dozen plus cards to make decks and new leaders. Really good set tho!

ZORO is a way cooler character than Tony Tony Chopper. Everyone wants a three sword wielding Samurai over a teddy bear!!! Hence the prices. Just my opinion.

Everything for EB01 seems to be taking an up swing right now. Boxes were selling for $127 or less, but now are back up to $137+, still better than the $160 my LGS was trying to sell it for on release

Content creators and influencers said it wasn't worth getting EB-01 and I thank all of those people. I got my money back from the cards I pulled that I traded and sold, and I still have a Manga AA Chopper. That Manga AA wasn't expected but I can confidently say, even if I didn't pull it, I still got my money's worth. The thing, this influence spiked the demand for singles because "it's not worth buying a box" which I was more than happy to supply. 😊😊😊 too bad people are hyped for OP-07 so sellers are selling the boxes for too much...I'm going to be the one trying to buy singles this time 😂😂😂
