Hello Mandar, Big Fan of your content. They are very helpful. I had one question regarding EB1C category: To be eligible for EB1 Category, do I need to work in the same role outside of United States for at least 1 year. For e.g. what if someone transitions from an IC Manager role to a people Manager role while working outside of US, and then transitions to US as a People Manager. Does one need to be in the People Manager Role for 1 year in outside, or is it the sum of my tenure as a IC Manager + People Manager needs to be 1 year.

It is international manager and executive category so you need to be in US

I got EB1C I-140 Approved but still need to keep renewing my L1 visa till change of status Now in the new portal for booking Visa Appointment, it’s no longer possible for L1 blankets to add their dependents because the visa category comes straight out when you add dependence. Have you come across the situation and do you know the solution to it?

Hi @mandarkasture , can you please tell if husban working in FAANG and working on H1B but travels to Canada and work for a year. Can husband come back to USA on H1B ( with EB2 in progress ) but file a new EB1C. Another question , can wife travel on H1B stamp back n forth through the border road every weekend ? Is this possible

May be wife needs to get border crossing cards I am not sure if H1B is eligible for that or not. Find that out. Husband must work as a manger in Canada and come here on L1 visa and then file EB1C. It’s transfer green card .

Hi Mandar, i have an eb1c priority date of may 2023, but i also have canadian citizenship oath scheduled for nov 7 2024. If i change my citizenship on eb1c , would it make me disqualify for green card ?

@mandarkasture - Thanks a lot for this video, this is what I was looking for. Can you please help to assist me on my situation. I have been laid off 45 days before and have 15 days left, I'm about to get an offer in next 2 weeks but the visa filing wouldn't be possible before 60 days of grace period. Can I file nunc pro tunc request to extend my stay for 1 more month until I get the visa filed? If yes then which form I should submit? I would really appreciate your response on this.

Lots of porters and EB2 and 3 clogged in ROW resulting in excessive filing in EB1 Row. I will not be surprised if that one gets clogged as well.
