Hi coach Eli. Excellent and very creative video- it inspires those of us that don't have a table at home to stop whining and adjust. I especially liked your graph showing an area that's very confusing for players-adjusting your swing for various spins. By showing the exact angles, 45, 22.5, 72.5 it shows concretely what needs to be done for whatever the opponent gives you. Of course, getting that exact angle isn't important, but making sure you alter your swing until it becomes automatic is the important lesson.

Thank you for the great tips. Getting the right bat angle is something I am currently struggling with. I will make sure to practice at home as you've shown us :)

U should explain on the level of the arms. For backspin your arm go lower than your knee etc.

Your videos have taught me a lot. I love practicing what I learn in your videos. This time, I am confused about your backspin shot. It's my understanding that if you brush the top or even the back of the ball with an upward swing, you produce topspin. If you brush the back or bottom of the ball with a downward swing, that produces backspin. In this video your backspin shot had the same upward swing as your topspin shot. How do you swing the same way and produce backspin and topspin?

@@ebatt8803 Okay, that makes sense. I missed the part about returning your opponent's backspin shot. Of course you have to open the angle of your paddle to compensate for your opponent's backspin. Thanks for clearing that up.
