eBay International Shipping Service Updates

l have a question, l recently enrolled into the International Shipping Program, l live in Belgium and shipped an item to the US, my question is, is there a shipping hub in Belgium? l can't imagine there is not, since Belgium is the socalled "capital of the EU", but l looked everywhere, googled all the possible searchterms, but no info to be found. The reason l ask is because the shippiing cost was ridiculous, 59 euro's to send a simple photograph to the US. that's not very motivating to stay in the program, l have to list my items with 50 dollars shipping cost, too much to stay competitive in my opinion. l know if people really want an item, they will pay that, but it doesn't feel right. Also, somehow related, if l post with $50 shipping cost, do all the countries see the same shipping cost or does a buyer in Belgium, where l live, see the same or is it adapted to the destination? thank you.

Hello - I am from the U.S. and sell sports cards. How do I get Buyers from other Countries to view and purchase my sports cards? So far, after 2 years of being in Ebay International Shipping program, I have only sold 1 item on this program. How canI get people from other Countries view my items and hopefully purchase them.
