eBay is pausing all late shipping protections given to sellers due to the shipping carrier delays caused by COVID-19.
Up until today (October 1st, 2020), late shipments were not affecting seller ratings and performance standard in 'item not received' cases and late shipments percentage - but that just got changed.

I lost a case because an item took over 14 days to deliver. It was delivered today and Ebays tracking issues was finally fixed to match USPS tracking. The problem is the case was closed before the delivery. I wanted to appeal the case today but nothing was simple to find on the website to appeal. I finally just called them and was told that department wasn’t available. I left all of the specifics with when I called before to tell them that eBay tracking was wrong and never updated until a day before it was delivered. The eBay tracking doesn’t still match USPS that shows that UsPS had the item in possession or handling time. Do the claims or resolution department actually ever call back?

Hey, yes, eBay will call back to you and will assist you with your claims. If they were not able to contact you through call, they will reach out to you via e-mail.

Hey bro, I have a serious question. So we listed on eBay and suddenly there's a huge buying rate.... Now, we have to buy it from Walmart with the same card but different address alot of times... Does that cause any issue

Configurations for the orders. It is not a problem at all. There is no limit in Walmart on the number of orders you can make. Good luck

Provide tracking numbers for all of your orders. Then, contact eBay support and ask them to reinstate the account.

What should you do if the seller hasn’t shipped the item after one week and they don’t answer your message?

Hey, depending on your supplier, you can always contact their Customer Service to request for assistance and inform them that the seller does not response.
