Hey I have men s10 now apart and there is quite a bit of space behind the glove box. if you open it and remove the lock part and 4 screws then you can take the top part down. from there you can see if you have enough space.

I believe all the 4.3 S-trucks use the passenger side overflow tank. Problem solved. If you move the battery to the back, that clears up space on the passenger side for the air cleaner and removes ~40 pounds from the front end. It's a win-win situation!

I would throw the battery in the back and then run you a positive and negative port up front bolt that somewhere so you can still charge from the front as well.

You can use a S 10 truck radiator reservoir. It goes behind the battery on that side. It would make room for your air filter and you can also use your wiper reservoir to that’s the way I have mine

stock to stock longblock a 6.0 is better for boost all day. and if you get a truck 6.0 it will have the same bellhousing as the older th400 trans without adapters.

Im more of sbf sbc type of guy..not really LS but only time ive seen a engine have that much coolant pressure after being off all that time was a bad gasket, essentially the cylinders was pressurizing the coolant syatem. That was crazy to see. I changed the coolant temp sensor in my 97 mustang 2 minutes after i got home from the store and it didnt have that much pressure.

What computer are you running the stock Tahoe one just flashed for standalone? I've heard bad things about those eBay harnesses being wrong for the vortec truck engines as the eBay harness have wires in different pin locations because they are built to LS1 specs per GMs original specs

The ls1 is lighter than an iron 5.3 and 6.0 but the block is definitely not stronger you can actually more power with the iron blocks over the aluminum blocks

It started running funny and choppy because you had short tube headers with no exhaust. So you ran as hard as everything O2 sensors were throwing codes that you were running too lean so that caused the Engine to dump gas in which causes you to run rich

Hey man leave the battery where it's at! Your already involved in way too many things with the blazer already so just don't over complicate it. It's not a JDM build and your stuffing a small block V8 into a small blazer engine bay so "having room" doesn't exist 😂😂😂😂. Your doing great bravus keep up the good work
