Eberlestock F1 Frame: amzn.to/2RPUDmz
Accessory Pouch: amzn.to/2PQcXyc
The Eberlestock F1 Main Frame is the pack frame I have ever used. The shape makes for a very slim and tight profile that easily goes thru thick brush, swamps, and other terrain without snags. The rigid shelf makes for fast and easy packing with a care free attitude. Just load it, strap it down, and hike out. Simple and painless. The rigid shelf also allows fro easy breaks along the trek out where you can easily rest the pack on stumps and blow downs to get the weight off your back for a few minutes.

I use that to pack out quarters in Colorado, works great! 5'8" regular size works fine...if you are taller get the tall version so the load lifter straps work. They also sell larger belts and thicker shoulder straps if you want to turn it into a serious hauler...it kinda already is but if you want to haul stupid weight then get the larger and thicker belt and shoulder harness.

Thank you for answering. I have the XOP sticks, which works great, but they are 1# heavier/stick than LW. Trying to go lighter, may look into saddle hunting.

Yeah we carry alot of crap into the whitetail woods. Was just talking to a buddy about that and how to lighten the load. But I want water and a snack for all day sits, I need a harness sticks and a stand, need a headlamp, knife, compass, gps, extra clothes to keep warm on stand, etc. Never ending battle for a mobile hunter.

Ordered a Mainframe and a Transformer pack together. Seemed like a great design. Transformer came with buckles that were not compatible with Mainframe. Long story short Customer Service was not what it should have been. I ordered a Kifaru which is of much higher quality and better Service.

I like the main frame as a animal pack frame. Never used a eberlystock bag attached to it. But you love the kifaru!!!! Awesome packs, expensive but awesome and well worth the money! Glad you found a system that worked for you.

they didn't swap out the buckles for free once you contacted them?
@TheJegradar2
@TheJegradar2 Жыл бұрын
@@khomatech6428 ya they should have, they have done that for me in the past as long as you buy it from them. Otherwise they sell different buckles for a reasonable price to swap out older styles. But in all honesty you would think that they would have made sure the pack and frame buckles were compatible before shipping it out. I had an older pack so I had to buy replacement buckles for like $10 cause my new mainframe used different buckles than the older pack.

Hi mate, just wondering how this pack compares to your Exo when packing out heavy loads
@SamkoTradBow

I can not give a honest comparison. I've carried deer out on both but the f1 has only carried deer and the pack has only carried deer and all extra gear. But both work great and are very comfortable

Thank you for all the great info! Question, have you considered/tried using it to pack in & out the lone wolf assault + sticks and day pack? I currently use a climber and would like to switch to your system with the lone wolf stand and sticks combo but i need a good carry system. I do have a pack with the meat shelf that could work (mystery ranch pop up 28) but I think this frame pack would be a better option. Cheers from Tennessee

I would not want to carry stands on a frame with a meat shelf as the shelf pushes the stand to far from your body. I just strap my stand and sticks right to whatever pack I'm using. I only buy packs with 2 compression straps so that I can strap my stand to it.

With all the gear we pack on our backs- tree stand, sticks, backpack, have you tried using a deer cart? I tried my jet sled, but it makes noise going over brush and logs. Trying to lighten my load, but sticks really add up the weight.
@SamkoTradBow

Go with lone wolf sticks only 8 pounds for 3 of them and easily attach to your stand or pack. I have tried deer carts and they are ok on flat open jars ground or roads. Where I hunt you could never get a cart in there or thru there. Also most deer carts are noisy and loose as they are designed to fold and collapse. If you hunt open hard flat areas a cart might work good.

I use the exo k2000. Love it. Have carried 100 plus pound loads with it and its awesome. I have a couple videos on it that I did last year. Best pack I have ever owned hands down! Especially for going in with sticks and stands and coming out with all that plus a boned out deer.

I see there are several models , which model is that one ? Also why did you choose the 4 lbs model vs the 2.1 lb model ? Thank you !
@SamkoTradBow

I think they only make one and its 4 pounds never heard of or seen a 2 pound one. Dont think they could make one with the same strength and size in a 2 pound
