Great review. Looking to run one this season. Would like to recommend you put some stealth strips on that carabiner so when it comes in contact with your holster it would quiet it down. Good Luck and God Bless.

Great review. The in depth demonstration of real world use is especially helpful!

What size harness for 10x42 binos????
@OutdoorPursuit7 ай бұрын
Eberlestock has a great tool on their website where they list many popular binos and what size pack they recommend. For most 10x42 Binos they recommend the small.

It can be a little difficult to find honestly. If viewing on a mobile device, select the hamburger menu in the top right corner. Scroll down to "Recon" and select "Modular Harness System". From there it will display a page with the full system overview. Scroll down to the "Recon Modular Bino Pack". You should see two buttons for "Add to Cart" & "learn more". Below that there should be a like that says "Binocular Sizing Chart". Sometimes it takes a little while to show up. I waited for the page to finish loading completely before it displayed.

How do u get it to not hit the bridge.. I know yours touches a little on the sides but for some reason mines way worse! And I have the bridge all the way out as well

Not Turing around either just standing there I feel like it’s always touching something yours looks way farther off the bridge for some reason!

Main thing I try to do is keep it high on my chest. The other thing that will contribute to that is your tether height. If you have the tether high on the tree, the angle between your torso and the bridge will be smaller. Lower tether will be a bigger angle and more space. Bridge length will also play a factor. Depending on the saddle you have, the length of the bridge will likely be different. I find I like a longer bridge, so it may be worth looking into finding an aftermarket one, or simply making one yourself so you have complete control over how long it is. My bino harness does often touch my bridge (especially the range finder pouch), but I've found by making multiple micro adjustments, I'm able to keep it out of the way for the most part.
