It's nice to see you create a video for an installation. Thanks. However, it's a little too fast-paced and you missed out the hardest part, showing how you connected the fuel pump to the fuel sender in the diesel tank

Exactly! Did they do a "t" on the auxiliary heater fuel line that a lot of T6.1 already have or did they inserted a "probe" inside the diesel pump on the fuel tank?

Hi Matt, thanks for your feedback. This video is intended as an overview of a typical install. As a rule, we recommend that our products are installed by an accredited person, and as such we don't want to encourage people to carry out installations based on our social media content. This also ensures that customer warranty is not invalidated. Therefore most of the finer detail has been omitted from the video. Hopefully this helps to clarify.

Our VW Camper heater kits include an ARaymond™ Quick Connector that allows the installer to tee into the existing OEM fuel line, via a click-and-connect system. This eliminates any cutting of the fuel line, allowing for a safer (and more consistent) installation process.

@@eberspacherunitedkingdom3638 I think its a clean and genious solution but isnt there a one way valve in the return fuel line to the tank? Or are you sucking the fuel from the fuel filter side?

Always wanted this Heater but is out of my budget can I buy a 2nd hand refurbished one anywhere that’s safe do you need a carbon monoxide detector and is the suitable for camper vans or do you need fresh air circulating??
