long hook slides on first per factory instruction handout....thanks for this video...nobody seems to be using that safety strap in any of these videos...guess I will have to wing it :)

We've been moving the hooks back and forth depending on which type of bike we load. Mine is a standard size large bicycle as seen in this video my buddies is a folding bike with a much lower stance so we load his on the outside mine inside. When i load mine on the outside I switch the hooks
