There seems to be something wrong here. The TST Bike was going 20mph on PAS 1 the first couple of times we rode it. Now PAS 1-2 seem to work, but PAS 3 is 20mph and PAS 4-5 do nothing. Very strange.

My Heybike Ranger S does that-PAS 1 goes right up to 20mph. I get whiplash, lol! The only way I can adjust it is with the app, and I have to have the phone with me, with the app on, for the custom PAS settings to work. Without the phone and app, the bike rockets to 20 mph on PAS 1. Otherwise, I love the bike, but I hate having to take my phone every time. And my poor bike repair guy😄

It is not HANEVEAR at all. It is the magic bike. Yep it’s a bike genie does what ever it feels like lol 😆 the hanevear has been good out of the box

My Ancheer did that. I finally replaced the controller with a KT 22A and LCD3. Made it twice the bike.

Yes show us more of Amanda, you, e-bikes, good gear… helmets, gloves, air pumps? Tool kit? maybe a video which instant fix a flat to carry that works well and is not like fix a flat in a can but something that lasts like the slime or something thanks! Yes

That famous Chinese quality control (or lack of) has reared its ugly head on this particular e bike.

It's a torque sensor! That's how they work! Most torque sensor bikes are not regulated by bicycle speed, they determine their assist level based on rider input, just like a regular bike. The harder you pedal, the more help you get. Raising the assist level will increase the percentage of assistance from motor. It's a great system, but may seem unusual for a rider accustomed to a cadence sensor.
