You mentioned doing some maintenance on your daily riding bike that you'll do over the winter. Please give some thought to doing detailed videos on the greasing of the motor and wheel bearings for us to learn from. I'm sure many of us will want/need to do that at some point. Also, if you ever have the need to replace the front forks on any of your bikes, a video on that would be great too!

That's the plan! I do fully plan on producing videos for the maintenance I will be doing on my Himiway. As far as the forks, I will consider it but I am not sure when I would get to that.

@@TinkeringTurtle Great! I'm looking forward to watching them. I only mentioned the forks because ours got damaged during an RV trip. The bikes rubbed together for the entire 2 hour trip. Just cosmetic damage that I was able to hide with stick on fork guards but I'll have to learn how to replace them if more damage occurs. I thought there was plenty of space between the bikes but I was wrong. I've since learned pool noodles between the bikes when they're on my 1upUSA Super Duty Double bike rack is necessary to keep the bikes from touching.

@RH63 that’s a bummer about your forks. I am sure replacing them is very doable. But it is a little more advanced from what I understand. You need to cut down the stem tube to fit your bike and press in the star nut inside the stem. And some of the time, I think, you need to drill and tap the holes for the brake caliper. So it’s a little more involved than most jobs that just bolt on and off. I hope to start on the Himiway work in September or October depending on my schedule.

@@TinkeringTurtle Fortunately, the stick on fork guards I bought fix the cosmetics and hopefully that won't happen again. We're going to winter in Florida this year so I plan on bringing my bike repair stand and tools. Lots of wonderful bike paths to ride. We'll be in a RV resort with a bike path that we can hop on and go 40 miles.

@RH63 sounds like a fun winter! Have fun! I will be stuck in the snow, but I should have a few videos to do!

My pleasure! Losing that part of the video sucks, hopefully my walk thru was enough to get the points across,

Thank you for sharing your Knowledge with us! I’m a new MC owner and I virtually know nothing about fixing and maintenance. Taking to bike shop will bankrupt me 😂 So these videos are lifesavers. I’m sorry you got a flat, it makes me wonder how thin those tired must be! Now I’m going to worry every time I ride that a piece of wood will give me a flat and I’m gonna have to walk home 6 miles! Could you please do a video on how to replace tube and tires especially in the back? Also did you ever have to “bleed” your hydraulic brakes on MC or any other of your bikes? I think my MC has uneven level of fluid because my left brake is tighter than my right brake. Would love to see how to add more fluid to the system. Again, thank you for doing this for us! Much love from the Packers state!

@eric epperson I agree, as you might have noted I had them already. But I hadn’t installed them. Video on that later this week!

@vlad voropayev I show how to remove the rear wheel on the Magicycle in this video. kzbin.info/www/bejne/fIfFmKxtfrSpo6c Next week I will release another video showing me remove the wheels, replace the tube and install Tannus liners. I am a big fan of them, although they are pricey, they would have stopped this flat from happening. I am sorry my bike doesn’t have hydraulic brakes. Mine are mechanical.

Flats are the worst! I use Tannus armor, with thorn resistant tubes, with Stans no flats on my bike. Good tires also helps. I was getting flat after flat on my old tires even with all those. Soon as I changed tires I was fine. Watch the tire thickness!

i also like the thumb throttle better how are you liking it now
@TinkeringTurtle

I am a big fan of the thumb throttles. The half-twist grips always felt weird to me. I like bracing my thumb against the throttle body and holding it for a constant speed. It comes down to personal preference whether you like it or not. But I do prefer it.

I cant believe how much slack you have on that front brake line for that riser. I have the same riser and the brake line is way too short to bring it up even 1/5th the height you got yours up to. Not happy with that at all.

Sorry man, I don’t have a good answer for you. You could consider putting in a longer cable. I know you probably aren’t interested in doing that, but it is an option.

Check the manual, you can find them there most of the time. Otherwise their website has a lot of good info.
