Mate these guys are a rort I wasted 15grand on a bike payed $80 for the app which I have no idea how to use I cannot believe Matt talked me into buying this and then gives no after sales care or service your supposed to pay for any help ? What a joke !! Unprofessional con artists that’s all this is don’t waste your $ you will continuously be spending more $ trying to fix there comuputer issues and problems this is not easy to use like they say on KZbin

how can we set the speed for all levels , I have 5 levels and I would like to set it to 45KM/hour for all levels max - app looks great and I purchased it

PSA for the Freewheel feature: be very aware that if your bike is on and you are just walking it to a different location, the freewheel will kick in. I was doing this once and the freewheel functionality kicked in and cause me to accidentally twist the throttle which landed my bike in a fence nearby haha. Just an FYI to be careful when walking your bike if its on

yeah... that freewheel feature is "nice" in some scenarios but can be scary in many other scenarios... at least the app now enables people to turn this feature ON-OFF and tune the intensity how much push (current) injected into the motor. =]

I installed a brand new kit from CYC X1 Pro Gen2 5KW, When I want to load the.xml file locally through CYC BAC app which is needed for running the system, the app gives me this error message: ("Write to controller error(22) , The operation has timed out") and I could not load the .xml files locally to the BAC2000 controller through a Bluetooth connection so my bike could not run at all due to this issue. Would you let me know if this software could help me to fix the issue on my BAC2000 controller for the issue I mentioned?? If yes how can i do that?

It would be nice to have the ability to turn regen on and off with a switch so you can coast if you want to and not have to open an app and whatever. Is that even possible?

so the smart setup, if you click one of the modes it already all pre calibrated tunes, cheers in advance, also am i able to order a bac 8000 to the uk, also would this work with all asi controllers and not just the ones bought from you guys, cheers

it only works with EBMX controllers with EBMX tune. if you purchase a controller with an EBMX tune it will work

I love the app in general but I have a few suggestions: 1. The app will not work on the trail when my phone doesn’t have service. PLEASE FIX THIS 2. Where is the “reverse assist” ??? This would be soo cool.

Hey mate, thanks for your feedback! Yeah, the first version released to the public didn’t work when completely offline (Apple store in-app-purchase bug) then we quickly pushed a new update and fixed it. Check your iPhone settings and make sure you turn the auto-update ON so every time we push updates your phone automatically installs them =] Reverse assist, yeah I personally love reverse feature… we ended up not including in this first app release but we have a “wish list” with lots of parameters to add… this is in the to do list already haha

Yeah, the app will quickly read your controller parameters and if you have purchased from EBMX the app will enable you to proceed to the next step, if it doesn’t detect the EBMX values it will pop up a message saying this is not an EBMX controller. At the moment it’s only available for EBMX customers but we are considering opening to the public under some conditions. As long as the bike has the exact same wiring pinout and APT display we can flash the EBMX tune. We may be offering a harness + display + EBMX tune + App as an upgrade kit to anyone with a Surron and ASI BAC4000 or BAC8000

@@BrunoPOWEEER got it. I hate how proprietary asi has forced their customers to be. I am working on a vesc alternative that will be easy to configure with any motor and any type of setup. I attempted to make an app like the vesc one for asi but they were rude and short with me. Guess they don’t want to make it easy to make forward progress on their controller platform. I am sure it hasn’t been easy for you to make this app. I appreciate your hard work to make forward progress with asi but I also hope it’s not a waste of time with asi being so closed and adverse to progressing forward.
