Great review, as usual. Think Thanos will play up the Cost of Failure card... characters can take damage to trigger a boost. Maybe, take 1 damage to gain 1 power... something like that?

My guess Thanos superpowers: Supreme general/strategist: Thanos' ability to analyse the battlefield is second to none. He therefore has three actions on his turn. Dread it, run from it, destiny arrives all the same: Thanos may reroll all of his attack and defence rolls. Leadership ability: Intergalactic elite: When a character from the Black Order would suffer a condition, it may spend X power to ignore that effect.

That could be a good one to have, especially with as many more elite characters he has in the Black Order Affiliation that will want to avoid the different status conditions.

When characters throw terrains at these characters, will their built in -1 ability from enemy effect apply? Such the ones from Thanos, Black Dwarf, Corvus, Proxima?

It will! The only things that aren’t considered enemy effects are status conditions and crisis card effects.

Yeah I really like that it’s doesn’t apply the slow condition just makes the character move slow, that’ll do really well on Herbs for sure.

Black Order with Thanos, maybe the leadership ability is a threat discount to field infinity gems.

So question. If I'm running 50% of a certain team let's say avengers. And I choose winter soldier and kill monger. They both get the minus one power for thier first super power. Or only avengers get to use that ability

So first off you’ll always want to make sure to have 51% of an affiliation to make use of any tactic cards and leadership abilities. But yes once you meet the requirements everyone gets to benefit from the leadership ability. Where it’s a little weird is Winter Solider and Killmonger aren’t able to use something like Avengers Assemble because they still aren’t Avengers.

Thanos ability "THE SNAP" Flip a coin for each character. On a tails remove from this plane of existance. *Mr stark i dont feel so good... ugh*

Nate, I like you and I like your channel. But these character preview/reviews are really low hanging fruit. Both you and your viewers deserve better discussion than the initial impressions of a character.

Thanks for watching and for the feedback! And I’m sorry you feel that way, I think they are good for getting an idea of what to expect from the pack. Especially for anyone who isn’t planning on buying everything. That said, there have been a lot of these recently as AMG has been pumping out the reveals like crazy. In a couple of weeks I am going to be reviving the Tactic Talk Tuesday with a bit of reformatting where I will be taking a look at rosters other people have built and what they would bring under certain situations and why to provide a good bit more tactical discussion. Is there any subject or part of the game in particular you would like to see me cover/discuss regularly?
