Instead of perm rod the other hair why not add the human hair to finish the braid and it will already be curly to skip a step.

Because perm rods only take 20 min to complete to add human hair to the ends of each one would take an extra 1hour or 2 .depending on how many braids you have . You can’t add human hair to ends of braids and just leave it the human hair has to be sealed . Some people use lighter , nail glue or some form of tie to seal the ends . Let’s say you have 100 braids and it takes you 2 minutes to add human hair to the end of each braid . 100x2 = 200 . So 200 minutes is like 3 hours . So perm rods save time .
