The price is always the concern when buying from Entertainment box. Awesome being a UK based company and I know the customer care is really top notch. It's just the price of their devices always led me to shop from Abroad. A top device tho.

Wow. So many other S905X2 boxes that rock the same specs as this for less than half the price. Having customer support is great but for that price you can get an Nvidia Shield for just a little bit more. Great review though. Thank you.

Another S905X2, again, high performance, which is expected with this chipset, but for this particular box, the price is high, and once again, no Miracast (which must mean (based on the video) that with Android 8 and this chipset it simply does not work!) Nice to see a gigabit LAN port included though, as most of the S905X2's that have been released thus far have only had 100M LAN ports.

I have to agree, price is fairly high, lan line is very nice but the no Miracast is a major downfall. But from i got from the video that's from the Googles Update 8.0 that broke it correct? Either way, excellent video. Keep up the great work.

Yes thats right, android 8 has broken the miscast feature with the AirScreen APP.

This is basically X96 max with an AC WiFi. Just skin. Specs the same.

Good support is most certainly an asset. But outside of a defect when the box can be replaced under warranty, I just can't see that justifying almost double the price for like-kind boxes with the same specs. OTA is another great thing, I know, but still. Not a good value in comparison, IMO. Shame too, I like the company.

The S905X2 and the Mali G31 are a cheaper to build chip, that was supposed to bring the price point down, not up ! This chip is equivalent to a fire stick, that cost way less,. At $95 dollars, that's crazy; I have never been able to understand why everything that Entertainment Box makes is so expensive, at least this box is up to date with Android 8.1, I'm surprised they are usually behind.

As others have said, overpriced, I know that they have a shop in London hence the higher prices. But for 50 quid you can pick up the T95Q which is just as good and comes on a slow boat from China 😂
