MAPPING: Higher mapping encourages the output strokes to appear at the same location as in the keyframe. If the mapping is lower, EbSynth is allowed to rearrange the input features to appear at different places in the output. Good values are between 5 to 50. DE-FLICKER: De-flicker suppresses texture flickering between subsequent frames. Good values are between 0.3 to 2.0. If you set it to zero, the output sequence will flicker as if every frame was painted independently. The spaner the de-flicker is the more temporally coherent the output will be. Here's a video tutorial with more information and examples of the de-flicker influence. DIVERSITY: Diversity controls to what extent the visual richness of the style is preserved in the output sequence. Good values are between 1000 to 20 000. If you set the diversity too low, you might notice some repetitive patterns in your output, similar to the artifacts caused by a clone brush. So I saw this on your website. Can you confirm because alot of people dont understand what this does. It smooths it out I noticed de-flicker on this turoial. But what does mapping and diversity do? basically I need all three descriptions on what they do. Can you help us because the define mapping, DE-Flicker, and Diversity do? PLEASE? I looked online and nobody on youtube cant explain or dont know what it does.

I'm really curious what else you amazing people might be working on behind the scenes. Your generosity in giving this tool away for free will enable many artists to use it, and I hope "good karma", for lack of a better word, comes back your way.

Could you also explain what "Mapping" and "Diversity" is? Thanks.

I’ve been playing around with this software,and I love it. Could tell me how to play an image sequence as a video with IrfanView like you did at 0:44? Is is it a keyboard shortcut? Thank you!

I was waiting and hoping for this clarification. My own experimenting has been with realistic application of photo-real textures, and tbh I've just been throwing the de-flicker all the way up to 99 or 100. Is going that high with de-flicker entirely redundant? Also wanted to say thanks so much for sharing this tech. You guys are on the frontline of the democratisation of VFX for the masses!
@secretweapons11994 жыл бұрын
So happy that I could clear things out for you :) yeah, going all the way up to 100 is redundant but only if the rest of the parameters stayed low. What really matters is the ratio between these parameter values. So, if you multiplied all of those parameters by 10, nothing would happen because the ratio between them would be the same.

I do not understand it, I have a resolution of 1080 × 1920, I have looked at a lot of KZbinrs and tried out the setting garden and for a day myself, but every time it blurs again and again when others do that in tutorials they do not press start and it If everything works, everything looks clean, but I don't know what I'm doing wrong

Is there a limit to how long the software will work for ? I have a 3+ minute video of an interview and as it gets further along, the quality of the synth significantly deteriorates. I tried to take an 4 minute interview of a much older person and then de age with a photo (photoshop) and it just seems to get worse as it goes to where its just useless.

Thanks for sharing your knowledge! God bless you! And please remember the following: For God so loved the world that he gave his only-begotten Son, so that everyone who believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life. Because God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but so that the world would be saved by him. He who believes in him is not condemned; but he who does not believe has already been condemned, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. John 3: 16-18
