Nice job. How you set up RPM limit level? First noticed inbalance , poor finish, or just experience? After I ve seen miniature I think that you will turn OD in off center setup with moving knife :) Regards

Had it set at 400 and just about went by experience and how much inbalanced it felt. Feel mostly. Eccentric OD turning wasn't necessary in this job plus I haven't learned that yet. Not Yet.

You can offset turn in the ntx, its slow buy can be done. I believe its a mod to the esprit c axis milling

I program in cam and still haven't figured out how to do it. Never saw a need for it. Not Yet.1 How you doing on ur Mori?

@@zalamachineshop doing good, can do most any turning and 4+1 positional milling. haven't touched any full 5 axis stuff yet, I've been lazy. Still only scratching the surface of this machine really, so much I don't know. Really appreciate the help I've gotten from you and a few others, been a real steep learning curve this year

What was the max RPM at centerline? Did you have to sacrafice any SFM ?

probably capped the revs using code g50 ie g50 s500 or something

Exactl daniel G50 S400. Some SFM sacraficed for safety.
