Thank you for the content, sir. There is no one like you bringing such awesome content about sheet metal work in KZbin. What do you think about make videos learning how to detailing sheet metal piece for manufacture? I always have doubt about what dimensions the worker will need to make a square to round for example.

Can you explain how to figure out the square footage of a sheet You need for your working line? Like if I'm making a transition 2ft wide 4ft long 6ft tall how big of a working line do I need to map this diagram?
@Sheet_Metal_Workshop9 ай бұрын
This is difficult to explain, it's a matter of experience. and when developing you can see and find out how much sheet metal/material I need. often you have to guess ,once you know your true length

I know this is an old video and I've known a few methods on eccentric reducers. But I struggle with the best methods of fabricating very large ones. For example an 90 inch diameter to a 70 inch with a 60 inch true length. Can this method be used just with using a scale ruler to shrink it?
@Sheet_Metal_Workshop2 ай бұрын
Yes it's possible to scale for example 1:10 and then just drag over the sizes wenn you scale back
