Just got new net I have practice Monday Wednesday Friday for a hour but after and on free days I take hundred shots and it’s made me better at shooting you are my favorite lacrosse player
@Donut2Face8 ай бұрын
I have been doing a 100 shots a day for 138 days and it is not to get better. ( sort of is) but is also to show commitment to the sport of lacrosse and staying with lacrosse

Don’t push him too hard! My dad always did and sometimes it pushed me away from the game! Any shots are good shots as long as he keeps shooting. With that being said, I play college now and will always miss shooting with my dad!

I'm 43 , coached for the first time this year, and started playing in some mens pick up games. I do a combination of wall ball and shooting 4 days a week. I told the players I coach that if I do that at my age for fun, if they want to play in college they need to be doing the same.

I’m 40 and just found this sport. I want to get into a men’s league in my area as well..

Totally agree, just a couple weeks and I catch myself just watching and counting the number of corners sniped in a row by my son. It’s crazy how quick muscle memory can kick in.

i noticed from the first 50 to the last that your shot was a lot more accurate and seemed more consistent. obviously this was more of a summary of it but even seeing the consistency of hitting the top corner showed that each shot at the end were almost identical when hitting the net

greg you got a sniper😂 even the btbs had speed

I coach high school lacrosse, played middie and attack, and train goalies. I do this every day in the spring and it’s amazing how good my shooting gets. I was never an outside shooter as I was mainly a crease and x attackman. And by the end of the season I’m hitting pipes and corners. I’m 57 :)

Is there a way that it can be broken down? 50 shots left handed, 50 shots right handed, and then break those 50 shots down even further?
