@2:39 'can't tell the pacing is in the right or left ventricle'. Actually you can, when I is positive and III is negative it is RV pacing, because I goes from right shoulder to left shoulder, when that is positive, the wave front must be from RV to LV, so it is RV pacing. In the case of your ECG it is RV pacing due to I is positive and III is negative. LV pacing would be I is negative, III is positive. When pacing biventricular both are negative.
