Ive had episodes of PVC that lasts several weeks then goes away. For me they've happened in the winter months and has been triggered when traveling. I exercise vigorously a few times a week during spring-fall and never have a problem with PVC. My conclusion is stress/anxiety and lack of physical exertion sets the stage for these. Fortunately they are benign and more of a nuisance than problematic

Just got diagnosed with an AV block that is causing a PVC. Have always lived healthy and been fit Never smoked Don’t drink Exercise regular Don’t get it !!! But I’ve stopped my morning cup of tea , so no caffeine. Get rid of stress , this is a big factor . Gonna step up my game on some cardio and see what happens.

Hey, this could be simply an exersized induced AV block, which is not a major concern... Do the things u are doing.. just get regular checkup, that's it.. best of luck

Yea you should go to another cardiologist and get a second opinion because usually when it causes symptoms it can mean something else

I've been having PVCs nonstop for almost a month now, every 3rd or 4th beat itll skip. Sometimes it happens two times in a row. It worsens whenever my heart rate is lower, like when I'm sitting or lying down to sleep, making it extremely difficult to rest. However, when exercising, my heart almost never experiences PVCs. It's as if my heart only works and pumps effeciently when it's beating fast! It's like it dosen't know how to gear down

That’s weird. Mine is the exact opposite. I can sit or lie down and they almost completely go away. The slightest exertion, even just moving in the kitchen to make dinner, they start up immediately. I have a labor job and it is almost impossible to function each day. They suck. I joined a bowling league a while back to get out and have fun. It’s terrible because they are constant and I can’t enjoy it at all.

@@Deadbolthead the fact we have the same problem with polar opposite triggers and no idea why just goes to show how PVCs and related heart issues are the final frontier of health science, cardiologists really don't know how to treat us and just chalk it up to anxiety (until we develop aFib and need ablations)
@Deadbolthead
@Deadbolthead 8 ай бұрын
@@baconman2.052 Supposedly there’s an ablation process for PVC’s also. It’s much easier than for Afib according to a cardiologist I spoke to. With PVC’s it’s obvious where to ablate. One time and you’re good. I saw one guy in a forum who got it and said it was the best decision he ever made. I’m going to go another 3-6 months trying to fix mine but I’m going to consider that procedure if it doesn’t go away. This is killing my quality of life

@@baconman2.052 My heart doing the exact same thing: I work out every other day , starting with 10 mins of cardio, 30 mins of varying cross fit routines, then 10 mins of cardio as a warm down. Not a glitch during the workout . When I’m relaxed…….. along comes the PVC and slow pounding every 3-4 minutes.

I have PVCs and are very uncomfortable and don’t know if they are the cause of worsening anxiety.

Hey there. I have PVCs and I also find them very uncomfortable. I have anxiety as well sometimes, which can trigger more of them. So it’s unfortunately an endless kind of cycle. PVCs trigger anxiety, and anxiety can trigger more. I know how annoying it can be. Breathing exercises or taking a walk might help you. If I may ask, do you ever get multiple of them in a short amount of time? Or consecutively? Sometimes I’ll get a few PVCs within a single minute. Or one or two within two or three minutes. It’s very strange. Do you experience anything like that? Thanks for sharing!

@@hjanreth6536 Hello from California, I got diagnosed with bradicardia and PVCs back in 2021. I felt so anxious over it that developed generalized anxiety, panic attacks and to top it off insomnia. I have tried beta blockers but they make me feel more tired and I am hoping that I can get a second opinion soon because I do get them back to back so badly that it makes me feel dizzy, tired and anxious. I sometimes feel like I have a fish flopping around in my chest and my neck feels as if I can’t pass saliva or oxygen.

Could this be caused by Lyme? I have supraventricular extrasystoles with aberrant ventricular conduction, sometimes the case is ridiculously upset and that is scary, according to the doctor this is benign. I have late lyme, but that was treated last year, I don't think it's gone yet.

i've had notiecable pvcs going on for about a month and now they're gone. they would happen the most when I would do an exercise that pushed my heart to the limit but now they're gone. I didn't change anything either they just stopped being noticeable.
