Dear Sir, Could you explain about the cross-product coefficient and bi-axial stress value in case of Tsai-wu Criterion

Don't use Tsai-Wu criterion, because includes interaction between fiber-tensile-failure and transverse/shear failure, which gives unrealistic results. If you want an interacting criterion, use the "interacting criterion" described in my textbook www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/1138196800/booksoncompos-20 but truncated-maximum-strain is even better.
