Thank you Doctor for your explation, was really very Good.. BUT the Characteristic of the Echinococcus granulosus are 3-6 mm and the T. multicularis is 1.2 to 3.7 mm life cycle: Adult E. granulosus resides in the small bowel of the defintive host ( dogs, other canids).. Gravid proglottids realse egg that can passes with faces.. Ingestion by suitable intermediate host ( sheep, swine, goat, cattle, camel and horses)..Egg in the small bowel realses oncospehere.. Invade the intestinall wall, migrate through the systematic circulation into various organ especially the lungs and liver..Oncosphere deveop into Hydratid cyst.. enlarger gradually, cyst produce protoscolices.. The defintive host can be affected be ingesting the containing cyst of the intermediate host.. Protoscolices evaginates, attach to the intestinal mucosa and develop to adult stages between 32 to 80 days..

يلي فهمتو انا.. المرحلة الخامجة للانسان بيوض مخصبة بتدخل من الفم بتوصل للدورة الدموية وبتوصل للأعضاء والنسج وبتتحول ليرقات المرحلة الخامجة للاغنام البيوض المخصبة بتوصل للدورة الدموية وبتتحول في الكبد الى أكياس عدارية الكلب بيتغذى على كبد الأغنام وبيتم الخمج بالاكياس العدارية بعدين مبعرف شو بصير صح متل ما فهمت اذا حدا بيعرف !!
