the Permatex Motoseal is the best stuff for sealing cases and cylinder bases. The saw sounds great , thanks for sharing !

I use alot of permatex in the can. Black... Kinda expensive but well worth it

What did you use to braze the pipe on the muffler. Looks really clean a lot better than welding.

Once the keyway is ground, which way should it face?

With the key up the ground off part should be to the back of the saw and turn the flywheel counter clockwise
