I didn’t turn my Wi-Fi off but my echo dot 2nd generation lost connection it said I’m having trouble connecting to the internet take a look at the help section of your Alexa App it’s not the same name or the same voice idk how he changed his voice tho to that but for my echo dots name is Alexa and her voice is the original voice when it already comes I can’t play songs on it but I say this this play my last station to play music but my echo dot 2nd generation works now:) and I know this glitch on your echos it’s press the action button press mute it will be still blue and keep saying hello until it goes red.
