Nice video, but does not include all options. For an example : RV to PA (Sano) shunt to augment pulmonay blood flow. Flow restrictor stents in PA's to decrease pulmonary blood flow.

Yes, you are right I don't have in my archive all operations of single ventricle, for example, Norwood operation as it is rarely done in my country.

You are doing a great job by demonstrating these cases.😊 Regarding PA band assessment. , we are supposed to doppler it and obtain the maximum velocity and gradient across it ryt? Could you please tell if there is a cut off velocity for PA band, to conclude if its too tight or too loose by echo?

Thank you for your comment To my knowledge, there isn't a specific criterion for tightness based solely on pressure gradient.
