Those are knitting needle caps. Find in the sewing and knitting section. Lots of different sizes

Do the die cuts come with the kits or do you cut them yourself?

Hi Bev, when a kit is purchased. Everything for the cards is provided. ( not the ink, or other items used in “in store” classes )
