Loved this video! I live in a smallish community. We had an art show with a group of us & I ended up collaborating with a woman who had recently moved here because I liked what she was doing, we worked the same hours and we got on well. Someone said to me “you do know that she was a man? Not that this is an issue because we are fully supportive and will do everything to embrace and include her.” I didn’t know that she was transgender. She had not mentioned it. To me she was a woman I liked and from her energy she has always been a woman. You know I was so taken aback that people would out her in a way that was dressed up as ‘supportive’ that at the time I didn’t say anything back. Later I did. But you’re right. These comments hang in the air. The fact that I even remember it. Since then I have told her so many things. But never the comment.

It doesn't matter if idiots accept us we have to accept ourselves.If we our happy being ourselves then that's what's important.Those idiots outside will always exist in some form.Whats important is that we know who we are and we can always work harder to strengthen our self esteem.Going outside can be dramaticly depressing just remember those people don't matter
