Its the imaging depth, there is a knob on panel from where u can adjust the required depth for better image

Imaging depth is how deep u want to send ultrasound beam for imaging purpose, its machine setting. It cant estimate heart size. FOR heart size we take measurements in parasternal and apical views, more specifically u can view parasternal long axis measurements to get LV measurements

That report is absolutely NORMAL, nothing to worry 😊 they observed tachycardia during echo that means your heart rate was fast, may b due to anxiety most likely or some other cause which may include pain or fever.

Usually we take measurements which are maximum whether in diastole or systole, guidelines suggest to take aortic root measurements in diastole, from leading edge to leading edge in adults.

Its not mandatory to attach ecg while doing echo, it helps in taking some of the measurements by knowing the exact phase of the cardiac cycle but experienced operators can do without it

Atria are lower pressure areas as compared to ventricles..so CW is used for VSD and PW for ASD ...because PW doppler is good to detect lower velocities..anyhow CW can also be used for ASD in case of atrial hypertension, restrictive shunts etc

Yes, you should continue your routine medications, there is no need to stop any medicine for Echo test. Its just like ultrasound, i.e ultrasound of heart is known as Echocardiography

Best test for arteries is coronary angiography. Ehocardiogrqphy can suggest coronary artery diaease indirectly by showing wall motion abnormalities, but it cant tell surely if the arteries are full of plaque
