I know this is a year old. But you should only level up 3 heros with the highest rank. They will be your instructors for the hero training area. Then you select the heros you use most into training and they will become the same trainer level.

And without spending thousands, you will always be "supporter". Still loving this game after almost year. But i think people need to know this is most p2w game i have ever played :)
