I find it quite fascinating that when Eckhart Tolle speaks, time almost stops. Everything focuses on the now. There is stillness and an awareness, almost like one falls into a trance. One subject- the subject of NOW and I'm deeply grateful for him repeating the same subject over and over again in many different ways as this is the only way we can and perhaps may only realize that every great achievement and discoveries we find even of our own selves (lives) come as a result of our awareness in that stillness that we find in the NOW. Eckhart’s voice is so soothing for me when I cannot sleep due to thoughts. His teachings are so simple that I feel I can comfort myself with those Awarenesses, but sometimes his voice just helps, especially during isolation.

This is very very much like the technique called mindfulness. But on more emphasis on stillness. Which really, only if you start training your mind with mindfulness and meditation can you be better at reach stillness. But also, that is another attachment. For a nice feeling. It is merely a feeling. That is the experience. I don’t think it is fullfillling for a lengthy time period. Nothing is sustainable. That is a truth you can’t escape. But still we cling and anticipate. Thus we suffer. That’s words of Buddha. I don’t think there is anything beyond nothingness. But it’s very troubling.

Isabelle Rizo Have you seen whats in the healthcare bill regarding the RFID chip, what are we meant to do when we all have to receive the chip and be herded up like cattle, no-one can buy or sell without this chip. What will our NOW be like then when everyone is running round panicking because they cant buy food or get a job unless they receive this chip or Mark of the Beast. Should we simply lock ourselves in a room and meditate on the now and forget the chaos going on outside. If you go along with Eckhart you will be a part of the system they are creating to control us on a global scale NWO. By the time all the none believers realize that Christ and his sacrifice is real, it'll be to late for them if Scripture is correct, because they would have received the Chip or Mark which means they have made their choice to be a part of the system of the Antichrist, I just hope and pray that God has Love and Mercy for them as they did NOT know the Truth of his Sons Sacrifice for us.

@@trojax44 I think you should go back and read the book with an open mind and I personally got a lot of help from understanding that the present moment is all we have and the rest is imagination or a trace memory but is still only happening now, when you fear the future you panic and step out of now and that is when we can start believing our fears and create bad stuff for ourselves, don,t panic stay with your presence and realize its okay now .
