As I am listening to Eckhart Tolle people with leaf blowers are moving what makes autumn beautiful to a "better" location. Two of them around my house. And I want them moved.. like they are moving the leafs. And I smile. We exist for the sole purpose of making thing "better", moving things around to fit a temporary need. This is why we suffer. It is the meaning of Karma, the suffering I bring upon myself. The way out is chosing not to, but instead taking a moment realising I am only the top of the iceberg and nothing is ever out of place and get a head phone, so I can listen while I do my chores.. Headphones: your ticket out of the wheel of samsara.

It has been one of the most painful and challenging experiences of my life . I came out of it scarred, possibly a little bit traumatised (I experienced some bullying and I ve even seen the colleague going to the extent of manipulating the disabled people to make me feel I wasn’t welcome). I felt very angry and very sad throughout the holiday and I m still coping with anxiety every time I think of it. Yet…… I feel changed . I feel I ve become stronger, kind of simpler, more trusting in life. Maybe, using tolle s language, I ve become more present.
