I just want there to be a backpack addon similar to the ones I've seen in various Java videos. Those ones allow you to wear them on your back and act as an immediate extra space equivalent to a chest in your inventory. Some can even be upgraded to be the equivalent of a slightly larger than a double chest. You'd have to actively move things into the bag from you inventory space. I don't like that all of the backpack addons on the Marketplace function as entities. I was hoping the new Sacks would function like the backpacks mentioned above, but they are only useful for random drops equaling up to a 64 stack. I guess they just don't want to make Shulker Boxes obsolete.

its almost definitely a hard limitation set by mojang. they've stated before that they don't want anything messing with the vanilla experience, so likely they're not allowed to mess with the inventory UI.

There already is! Travellers backpack from a website called "vatonage" but it will need experimental toggles.

​@@wanderingyeehawhonestly that's just plain annoying. Like I used to cross play with a java server (I play on Xbox) and they had a custom item that was like a chest with three times the player inventory size. Like why can't we simply have stuff like that!

Mining backpack seem be over powered as long doesn’t run into caves (hence why it look like it miss some spots) dirt or gravel (since it look like it stop mining when hit gravel).

I can tell you why, unless this just got fixed within 2 weeks, mine would only let me fly slowly up, it was worse than levitation 1 slow and had other issues as well, and looks like they made the jet pack last a lot longer

I’ve found that having this addon will quite regularly cause my game to crash on bedrock. My game just doesn’t seem to like the addon. It could be doing that to other players which could explain the low ratings.

I understand the reviews and they are fair, this is something you'd use at a survival and it is completely overpowered and not a single but multiplayer friendly, the griefing potential is huge and there are other way more balanced options

What a surprise, another backpack/ jetpack add on. It seems that the developers are running out of original ideas, don't they look at the mods on java to get any ideas. I still stick with java mods as the addons are getting boring now!!!!

Thats the main issue due to limitations, they can't modify biomes, add dimensions, or things with custom ui, like some comunity add ons because some of those things aré still experimental features. Marketplace add ons can only use official features for add ons just to prevent consoles or other platforms from bugs.

Or you can not buy it cause speaking as someone who has bought it, you play with it for maybe an hour or 2 and then drop it, all these add ons are this way it’s such an incredible scam, your getting much much MUCH worse stuff compared to Java mods and you gotta dish out at least 50$ to have enough to be able to play in a world for a while just doing add ons, and even then there all disconnected and don’t really work together nicely no matter which way you put it, the Minecraft marketplace has probably been more profitable than game purchases alone because how much their milking these console players who just want good mods, save enough for a laptop, doesn’t need to be a 2,000$ pc a laptop will run 99% if mods and you can get a good one for less than 700$ if you put in effort

Brother please stop wasting your money, buy different games, buy irl stuff, or save the money to buy an actual pc. This is just about the worst thing you can buy with your money. I’m serious you gotta stop man idk how much you’ve spent but I know it adds up real quick and sooner or later you realize that it’s all just garbage that you’ll get 4-5 hours max playtime out of it
