I am going to transition my fall decor this year from cute/whimsical to a more sophisticated look. Surprisingly throughout the year I have found some very nice pieces at thrift stores. I am reducing my décor collection and changing it up. Less is more is feeling calming to me this year. Thanks.

Those pomegranates and purple candles are just stunning! And I absolutely love your flower arrangements! You are so damn talented, Kristen. I love a moody Autumn so I’m in love with what you did here. Edit: I painted my walls in my living and dining room in Black Beauty from Benjamin Moore. I love a dark wall. My husband said, um no, and I begged. And guess what? He ended up loving it. I thought I may get tired of it but I still haven’t after 5 years.

Also, I was so excited when my Fred Meyer got Capri Blue candles because I could FINALLY smell the pumpkin clove candle I've seen you rave about for the last three years... and I hated it 😂 to me it smelled like spicy bandaids! Idk, maybe they smell better at Anthropologie 🤷🏻‍♀️

Thanks so much! Oh noooo about the candle!! I think the pumpkin clove scent is exclusive to anthropologie, but there is also pumpkin dulce that is sold at other retailers. Wonder if it was that one? However, I would be excited if pumpkin clove was sold elsewhere so lowkey hoping that's the case!
