the gst catback sounds a GAH-BIZ-ZILLIONx's better than what you had before. There's a difference between a nice healthy, deep, linear sound and a high-pitched, strep-throat diseased can of doom. You my friend... have found that difference. Clean car BTW... dont care if its 420 or GST-X hard to find one thats any where near decent these days.

Yep I loved that car. I sold it 3 years ago. I miss it everyday. The car is unfortunately dead and is in the junkyard. I took care of it for 13 years and within 1 year of selling it. People trashed it out and now is gone forever. Sorry little eclipse

Well it sounds a lot better and car looks clean, but did u loose low end torque?, i heard rumors that 3 inch exhaust is way to big for the 420a non turbo engine and that it will affect low end torque

jackvandik i think i actually gained hp. There are 2 mufflers and 2 resonators. So had plenty of back pressure.

I had an aftermarket high flow cat. But it was the same length as the stock. So either way will work.
