With the change to starsurge it'll be interesting to see when in the rotation you should starfire, curious on how you weigh tailoring vs leather helm, I can't see a scenario where tailoring helm is better and I think the tailoring shoes get replaced by gnomer 3 piece gear

Looks like you have to starfire between every starsurge now. Will be a bit more mana usage.

Does the talent nature's grace .5 sec casting reduction stack with the rune?

yeah with full talents, eclipse proc and natures grace starfire can be a 1.5second cast

Yeah like questing in the Barrens and being protected since its a uncontested zone. And those pesky buffs you get from turning in those blood shards and lets not forget those tasty combat racials. Oh yeah, I play Horde

cant kill it as horde to high of a lvl but will come back later (Alliance bias)

Yeah its rough, the lore is interesting but its super grief for horde.

This is how you get the rune for both factions. Horde will have to fight the lv40 mob at the end though there is no option.

Just note if the rune is bugged like it was for me, go and delete your cache file
