I would think there is no going back to that sound. I do like Eclipse and have a lot of respect for Erik M. as a musician but I do not care for the "modern" elements of recent releases.

Love this band! From America. Now I've been following them for some time but it seems that sections of songs are starting to be repetitive. I'm not saying rock less but when songs start their kick off it sounds so like many of their other songs in that same section. Eclipse has really developed in their rhythm/verse sections and serious massive choruses. But there's something that's becoming repetitive. Starting to rely on the signature sound too much. Falling to My Knees had their sound but they seem to have broken somewhat away from a chanting sort of intro. I don't know. I'd have to speak with them to show exactly what I mean. Better than our American rock at this point though. One listen and I'd say there's nothing new here. Has Eclipse reached its eclipse?
