What is the use of this video without mentioning the price for square feet? How much budget total happened for the house construction?

Please understand what Mr. Ramu is trying to convey to all. This type of eco friendly construction is not well established in the society due to the dominant cement and steel industry. In the present cement construction method, even a small contractor (mestri) is well trained to plan and procure the raw material, and arrange the labour required for the construction. Whereas the raw material required for eco friendly construction, like mud pressed bricks at the site, labour is not trained to handle the work and the general mestri is not ready to take up the work. Also, for the granite beams and rooftop Tandur slabs, there is no standardized size and the manufacturing industry has to specially process the material, where the cost varies due to less competition. So it is not possible to come to a decision on per square foot cost at this juncture. Mr. Ramu himself had to pay at different rates for the granite beams at different times, as it was the sellers market for the manufacturing industry. The major drawback is non availability of skilled labour, delay in material procurement and unwilling contractors to take up this type of construction. All this shoots up the cost and drive away people like you who want ready made solutions, without putting in any efforts required to promote the best way of building methods.

What I understand is that Mr. Ramu is willing to help those who are interested in going for such construction, but some effort is also required from the owner in procurement and execution of house project, as it is not like paying Rs. 2000 per sft to the contractor and directly getting the house keys after the house construction is completed.

If you are living in that house you are so fortune. But tell me is it possible to live like for all? Every one thinks that I am the only right on this earth and doing right things. Pls don't dig on the egg. See the positivity in everything.
