the Most eco friendly dwelling would be a < 700ft flat in a high density apartment building, given this is a 8000 sft house I think the carbon footprint for construction must be much higher than your typical average house and it wouldn’t be offset by planting few shrubs in your garden

With more n more environmental consciousness, there is great demand for this kind of housing but no supply. W R Reddy Gari knowledge and so many years of experience shouldn't go waste. People from such institutions should collectively form an enterprise and continue to do the good work . Sustainable living , with little carbon footprint, is the way to the future . Everyone should be able to generate their own basic requirements in their own house, like food, water, power etc. One should make a standard design of such a house in , as little area as possible for small nuclear families or gated communities.

It’s cheaper but still adoption is less..the reason is masons will not be ready ..contractors will not cut their price .. I am a manufacturer of interlocking compressed bricks in east Godavari..due to illiteracy it’s very difficult to convince people ..
