After Utrrakhand flash flood of 2013 GOI’s power sectors PSUs agreed to provide funds from their CSR for restoration of farmers livelihood but never reached to them in Gangotri area. The committees has been formed at districts, state and GOI level.
@laxmiprakashsemwal86264 жыл бұрын
True but in government system there are lack of focus on implementing these types of ventures with communities. As an example a CSR project of power sector companies of GOI was sanctioned for livelihood restoration of the farmers in Gangotri area affected by 2013 flash flood but nodal agency THDC India never released the funds due to unknown reasons.

This is the true example of Atmanirbhar Bharat. Instead of shelling out lacs of crores of taxpayers money to crony capitalists, schemes and movements like these should be encouraged.
